Analyze Credits work like tokens — each game film analysis uses 1 credit. Your plan includes monthly credits, and you can also purchase individual credits at $15 each if you need extra analyses. During your free trial, you get 1 credit to try out game analysis. Unused credits roll over for 12 months.
ACE stands for Avais Coaching Ecosystem. It's your personal AI coach that reviews your performance, helps you identify areas for improvement, and acts as a virtual trainer — all built around your data and goals.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time directly from your account settings. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
Yes. Any unused Analyze Credits roll over and remain available for up to 12 months from the date they were issued.

Individual plans are designed for a single athlete looking to improve with personalized AI coaching and scouting. Team plans are built for clubs, programs, and organizations — they include multiple seats, shared credits, team management tools, and a team-wide coaching dashboard.
Every plan comes with a 7-day free trial. You'll enter your payment info at sign-up, but you won't be charged until day 8. During the trial, you can analyze 1 game and access all plan features. Cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
Refunds are available within 7 days of being charged, provided you have not used any Analyze Credits during that billing period. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
