The Scout Program is a separate recruiting and visibility platform. Players and coaches maintain their profiles and film, and college programs can browse and discover talent. It's designed to help athletes get noticed, not opponent analysis. The Scout Program is currently under development.

Each game film analysis uses 1 credit. Your plan includes credits every month: 3 on Pro and 5 on Max. Club includes 120 for the year. Need more? Extra credits are $15 each on Pro and $12 each on Max. A free account gets 1 credit, and it covers the first 5 minutes of a game so you can see a real breakdown of your own film. Unused credits roll over and stay spendable for 12 months from when they're granted.

ACE stands for Avais Coaching Ecosystem. It's your personal AI coach that reviews your performance, helps you identify areas for improvement, and acts as a virtual trainer, all built around your data and goals.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings, and changes take effect on your next billing cycle. Pro and Max bill monthly or annually, and annual is 2 months free. Coach Pro and Coach Max bill either way too: annual saves $189 on Coach Pro and $289 on Coach Max. Club is an annual contract; if your program runs on a season rather than a calendar year, ask us and we'll arrange a season term.

In messages. One question to your AI coach is one message. Free includes 25 a month, Pro 500, Max 1,000, and Club 30,000 for the year. Messages do not roll over: every plan starts each period with its full allowance, and anything unused at the end of the period is gone. (Analyze Credits are the exception, and those do roll over.) We used to publish an allowance in AI tokens, which is an internal cost unit and told you nothing useful about how much coaching you were actually getting.

Paid plans keep your film for as long as your subscription is active, up to your plan's storage quota. On the free plan, film is stored for 90 days — it's a place to try Avais, not a permanent archive. Upgrading keeps everything you've uploaded.

Player plans (Free, Pro and Max) are for a single athlete improving with personalized AI coaching. Coach plans are for clubs, programs and organizations: Club is $1,999 a year with unlimited athletes and coaches, 120 game analyses, a team dashboard and opponent scouting. You can sign up for Club right here. Enterprise is for multi-program organizations that outgrow Club, and it's quoted around what you need, so get in touch and we'll set it up.

Every paid individual plan comes with a 7-day free trial. You'll enter your payment info at sign-up, but you won't be charged until day 8. During the trial, you can analyze 1 game and access all plan features. Cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

Refunds are available within 7 days of being charged, provided you have not used any Analyze Credits during that billing period. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
